About
Accreditation
Open Wings Learning Community is accredited through the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS), affirming that our programs, governance, and operations meet rigorous independent-school standards.

ISACS accreditation
ISACS is a membership organization of more than 240 independent and private schools across thirteen states. Accreditation through ISACS means that a school has undergone a thorough self-study and peer review process, demonstrating that it meets high standards for educational quality, school governance, financial sustainability, and student well-being.
For families, ISACS accreditation is an independent assurance that Open Wings operates with integrity, maintains qualified faculty, and delivers on its educational mission. The accreditation process includes ongoing review, so the school continues to meet these standards year over year.
What accreditation means in practice
- An independently verified standard of educational quality
- Qualified, credentialed teaching faculty
- Sound financial management and governance
- A commitment to continuous improvement through regular review
